NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM.

The Sweepstakes may be administered, and the drawing conducted, by an independent third-party administrator designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the “Administrator”). The Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, distributors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall be referenced collectively throughout these Official Rules.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States of America, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). Eligibility to enter does not require possession of a driver’s license. However, if the vehicle prize tier described in the PRIZE section is reached, the Grand Prize winner must, as a condition of receiving the vehicle, be legally eligible to take delivery of a motor vehicle and possess a valid, government-issued United States driver’s license at the time of award; a winner who reaches the vehicle prize tier but does not meet this requirement may elect the cash-in-lieu option described in the PRIZE section. The Released Parties, and members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate. Non-eligibility or failure to comply with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Void where prohibited, restricted, or regulated by law.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein, including eligibility verification.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s database computer shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes, and all entries will be deemed submitted at the time recorded by such system.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants may enter via one of the following methods. (1) Online Purchase Entry: Entrants who make a qualifying purchase through Sponsor’s website will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each one (1) whole dollar spent, based on the pre-tax purchase price excluding shipping, handling, and discounts. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional multipliers ranging from two (2) times to five hundred (500) times the base entry rate during designated promotional periods (“Multiplier Periods”), which will be communicated through Sponsor’s marketing channels. Multipliers apply only during the specific promotional period and are subject to change, modification, or termination at Sponsor’s sole discretion. (2) Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, Entrants must legibly hand-print their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and the exact name “BC101 Sweepstakes” on a 3” x 5” card, and mail the card in a #10 business-sized envelope with proper postage affixed to: Boosted.Club

Battle Ground, IN 47920. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2026 and received by October 7, 2026 to be eligible. Each mail-in entry will receive one (1) base entry; however, to claim entries associated with any Multiplier Period, Entrants must clearly and accurately handwrite the applicable multiplier designation (e.g., “100X”) on both the envelope and the entry card. The multiplier must correspond exactly with an official Multiplier Period active on the postmark date. Any discrepancy, illegibility, omission, or mismatch between the multiplier indicated and the applicable promotional period may result in partial or full disqualification of the entry, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All mail-in entries must be individually mailed, handwritten by the Entrant, and free of mechanical reproduction or automation. Bulk submissions, photocopied entries, pre-printed materials, or entries submitted by third parties are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. Entries that are late, lost, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, or otherwise non-compliant will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for any delays or failures in mail delivery. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
PURCHASES AND SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY: A purchase of products from Sponsor is a separate transaction from entry into the Sweepstakes. Individuals who are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes — including residents of excluded states and individuals who do not meet the age requirement — may still purchase and receive products from Sponsor, but will not be eligible to win the Sweepstakes. Ineligibility to participate in or win the Sweepstakes is not a basis for any product refund.
FRAUD AND ABUSE: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. It is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud to purchase items for the purpose of obtaining entries with the intent to return such items after the Sweepstakes Period. Any entrant who engages in chargebacks, payment disputes, refund abuse, use of bots or automated systems, multiple account manipulation, or any other conduct that Sponsor identifies or suspects, in its sole discretion, to compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, will be disqualified and may be permanently banned from future promotions. Sponsor reserves the right to pursue legal remedies against any individual engaged in fraudulent activity to the fullest extent permitted by law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes in whole or in part at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, human error, insufficient participation, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the termination or take any other action deemed fair and appropriate. Sponsor further reserves the right to interpret, apply, and enforce these Official Rules and to resolve any ambiguity, inconsistency, or dispute, and all decisions of the Sponsor shall be final and binding and not subject to challenge.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize, including but not limited to technical errors, unauthorized human intervention, system failures, data corruption, communication failures, or injury, death, loss, or damage to persons or property. Entrants further agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Entrants agree that any liability of the Released Parties shall be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be responsible for attorneys’ fees or legal costs.
DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or Administrator on or about November 2, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified via phone and/or email. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within three (3) business days, or fails to comply with any verification requirements within the time required, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZE: The Grand Prize awarded to the winner shall be determined by the total number of eligible entries received from all entry methods combined during the Sweepstakes Period, as recorded by Sponsor’s system at the close of the Sweepstakes Period, and shall be as follows: if ten million (10,000,000) or more eligible entries are received, the Grand Prize shall consist of one (1) 2015 or newer Ford Mustang EcoBoost or EcoBoost Premium vehicle (specific model year, trim, mileage, condition, and specifications to be determined by Sponsor at time of award), having an approximate retail value of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000 USD), together with five thousand dollars ($5,000 USD) in cash, for a combined approximate retail value (“ARV”) of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000 USD); if five million (5,000,000) or more but fewer than ten million (10,000,000) eligible entries are received, the Grand Prize shall be six thousand dollars ($6,000 USD) in cash; if three million (3,000,000) or more but fewer than five million (5,000,000) eligible entries are received, the Grand Prize shall be three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500 USD) in cash; if one million (1,000,000) or more but fewer than three million (3,000,000) eligible entries are received, the Grand Prize shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000 USD) in cash; and if fewer than one million (1,000,000) eligible entries are received, the Grand Prize shall be five hundred dollars ($500 USD) in cash. In the event the vehicle is awarded, the winner may elect to receive fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000 USD) in cash in lieu of the vehicle, in which case the winner will also receive the five thousand dollars ($5,000 USD) cash component for a total cash award of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000 USD); this cash-in-lieu election applies only when the vehicle prize tier is reached. In the event the advertised vehicle is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value, including any 2015 or newer Ford Mustang EcoBoost or EcoBoost Premium. All Prize tiers are fixed and predetermined; the determination of which Prize tier applies shall be based solely on the total count of eligible entries recorded by Sponsor’s system as of the close of the Sweepstakes Period and is not subject to Sponsor’s discretion. The Prize is awarded “AS IS” without any warranties, express or implied. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, registration, licensing, insurance, and any other expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize. Sponsor will cover standard vehicle shipping within the United States in the event a vehicle is awarded.
WINNER VERIFICATION AND CLAIM: The potential winner must provide valid government-issued photo identification, proof of eligibility, and may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and any other documentation required by Sponsor. The potential winner must respond to the winner notification and complete and return all required documentation within three (3) business days of the date the notification is sent, or the Prize will be forfeited. In the event of forfeiture, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner or take any other action deemed appropriate.
PUBLICITY: The winner shall not be required to grant publicity rights to Sponsor. Sponsor will not use the winner’s name, likeness, image, or biographical information for advertising or promotional purposes without the winner’s express written consent.

DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Entrants further agree that any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allen County, Indiana, and Entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
TECHNICAL FAILURES: The Released Parties are not responsible for any technical malfunctions or failures of any kind, including but not limited to internet service interruptions, server outages, hardware or software failures, corrupted data transmissions, delays in email delivery, or any other issues that may prevent an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes.
FORCE MAJEURE: The Released Parties shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, or governmental actions.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
PRIVACY: By entering, Entrants agree that personal information submitted may be collected, processed, and used by Sponsor for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://boosted.club/policies/privacy-policy. Residents of California and of other states with applicable data privacy laws may have additional rights as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
